Payment Gateway Error

We are aware of an issue with our payment gateway which is currently causing payments to be incorrectly declined. This issue is being worked on and we should have an update shortly.

  • Our payment processor has updated their system, and we are no longer seeing failed payment rejections.

    Issues with Zoiper Softphone

    We're aware of reports of failed registrations for users of Zoiper mobile, specifically on Android devices. This appears to be related to either an app or device update, but we are currently investigating this.

    We're not able to confirm if this issue will affect Zoiper on other platforms as of yet. Other apps/softphones connected to our platform appear to be working as normal.
