Due to a widespread Cloudflare outage affecting large parts of the internet, some of our web-based services—including the customer portal and website—were temporarily unavailable.
We can confirm that all voice services, including inbound and outbound calls, should have remained fully operational throughout the incident.
Cloudflare have now resolved the issue, and access to all services has returned to normal. We are continuing to monitor performance closely.
